Mansory Rolls-Royce

After doing wonderful things to Rolls-Royce Wraith, prestigious tuner Mansory has now come up Mansory Rolls Royce Dawn 0 600x373 at Official: Mansory Rolls Royce Dawnwith a refinement program for that car’s topless sister, the Dawn. Despite getting a sizable boost performance and some visual upgrades, Mansory Rolls-Royce Dawn doesn’t count as an ‘extreme makeover’.
That is not very Mansory-like, holding back like this. But then again, they might be saving some tricks for a heavier project in the near future. At any rate, the first Mansory Rolls-Royce Dawn package features a newly designed front spoiler combined with integrated LED daytime running lights – the lip and radiator housing are made of carbon – aerodynamic side skirts, a boot lid spoiler designed to be elegant and not mess up the Roller’s exquisite lines, and a new diffuser with sport tailpipes.
An important part of Mansory Rolls-Royce Dawn unique appearance is due to a set of 22 inch Type V6 wheels, featuring a lightweight construction thanks to a special  aluminium alloy, shod with tires measuring 265/35/22 for the front axle and 295/30/22 for the rear axle. The new wheels also contribute to the performance of the car, boosted by a power upgrade from 570 hp/780 Nm to a massive 740 horsepower with over a thousand torque, dropping the 0-100 time to 4.5 seconds and upping the top speed to 285 km/h.
Since no Mansory car is complete with at least some form of interior upgrade, the Dawn can be equipped with brushed aluminium, carbon fibre, burl wood or highly polished piano lacquer as well as hand-crafted embroidering in the foot mats and the head rests.

The Best Advice for Using Social Media With Your Business

Social Media marketing has become a full time job and with good reason, it’s free and millions of people over the world are using it. Like anything it takes time to become successful on social media, but if you do it correctly and creatively you’ll soon stand out from the crowd:
Build your followers
Without followers none of your posts can be seen instantly, making your content pretty much worthless. Keep a watchful eye on your competitors, follow new users and build your conversations with other organisations, local businesses and partners. If users see you interacting and engaging with other people they may follow you.
Customer Service
The provision of customer service on social media has become axiomatic. Phone support service is becoming less the more we receive replies on Twitter and Facebook chat.
One in four UK consumers visit social to make a customer service complaint or query. Your customer service skills are on social media for the world to see so make sure you are seen helping consumers and keeping them informed.
Engage with your audience
The first thing people do is search for the business on social media. You can tell a lot about a business from their social media so it’s important to keep this in mind when creating your content and interacting with customers online.
You want to be seen as an approachable brand, a brand with a high reputation and friendly service.
Live stream
Live streaming has taken social media by storm. Periscope live video updates on Twitter are sharing over 350,000 hours of video each day and Facebooks new live video function update in January 2016 now lets users share live video with a click of a button.
Live streaming apps are the next big thing; try them out from your events, shows and offices. This tool is huge in keeping users interested and engaged in your content. Be creative!
We’re all humans
We’re all humans behind social media; don’t expect anything less than the odd typo or broken link. It’s human error that occurs every day on social media no matter how big your brand is, so don’t hit panic stations, simply delete and reword or reuse the same content another time.
Social trends
Trends on social media are the most common topics of live conversation. These can be seen on most of your social media accounts as soon as you log in.
If you can be creative with your content and link into social trends you are onto a winner! Trends are great for engaging in new conversations and expanding your reach.
Video
Video is the hottest trend out there today. Over 70% of marketers report that video converts better than any other content medium on social media. Facebook and Snapchat are now getting more daily views than YouTube so keep your videos smart, shareable and personal.

Twitter looks to make money from ads aimed at logged-out users

Twitter Inc said it was testing a feature to show advertisements to people who read tweets without logging in, as it tries to make good on its long-time ambition to monetize non-active users.
The company said the feature will help it cash in on an additional half a billion people each month, pushing its shares up as much as 7.8 percent to $26.21 on Thursday - their biggest percentage gain in two months.
The promoted tweets and videos will be available on Twitter's desktop website, particularly on people's profile pages and "tweet detail" pages that highlight specific tweets.
The move will be welcomed by advertisers who have shied away from Twitter saying it doesn't have enough users, unlike rival Facebook Inc, which boasts more than 1.55 billion monthly active users (MAUs). Twitter has 320 million MAUs.
Facebook, which had once struggled to monetize its social networking platform, has been consistently launching tools to capture ad dollars.
Twitter had first broached this idea last year when Chief Financial Officer Anthony Noto said it would be possible to monetize logged-out users once the company "nailed the consumer experience".
The company has said that ads targeted at logged-out users - or people who view tweets without a Twitter account - would bring in $2.50 in average revenue per user (ARPU). Its logged-in user base brings in more than $4 in ARPU.
Twitter has been experimenting under Jack Dorsey - the company's co-founder who returned as chief executive in October - to make the website more engaging.
"The best thing to happen under Jack Dorsey would be the fact that they are going to rethink all aspects of their business," Monness, Crespi, Hardt, & Co Inc analyst James Cakmak said.
"Before it was a case of doing the same thing and hoping things change."
In the few months under Dorsey, Twitter introduced the 'Moments' feature, added polls to tweets, laid off about 8 percent of its workforce and rolled out a "buy" button.
The company also said earlier this week it was testing a feature where tweets would be sorted by relevance instead of reverse chronological order.

The new ads feature was being tested with some advertisers in the United States, UK, Japan and Australia, Twitter said on Thursday. The company plans to roll it out to more markets around the world.

Kia Rio gets Car of the Year award

Kia Rio gets Car of the Year award
2015 Rio
Kia Motors Nigeria was the cynosure of all at the yearly NAJA Awards at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, when its Rio brand defeated other automobiles’ brands to win the Car of the Year Award, reports TAJUDEEN ADEBANJO
THE Kia Rio automobile in a keenly contested competition, has beat other brands to earn the prestigious 2015 Car of the Year (COTY) Award. It got the highest number of votes across the country to top the competition.
The event, which was the annual Nigerian Automobile Journalists Association (NAJA) awards, saw the Kia Rio conquering some high-performance challengers to take the victory. The brand was adjudged to have ticked all the boxes in terms of value for money, safety, innovation, technology and dynamics.
The third generation Kia Rio’s fantastic engines, great handling, and lighter platform were adjudged the best amongst other competing brands.
In October this year, NAJA started conducting annual assessment of all selected cars that are eligible to be included in the car of the year category. All the cars went through rigorous testing, which also included driving on various Nigerian roads.
At the ceremony, which held at the Eko Hotels and Suites, NAJA’s judges revealed that the Kia Rio won because of its sophistication and fuel efficiency. Other factors considered were its handling and drivers’ involvement.
“Kia will continue to build cars that brighten people’s lives and exceed their expectations. The Kia Rio has just upped the ante once again. We aim to become a “one-and-only” brand for our customers; a brand they will choose again and again,” said Chief Commercial Officer, Kia Motors Nigeria, Sandeep Malhotra.
Intelligently designed and expertly engineered, every single detail of both the Kia Rio’s exterior and interior seems meticulously thought-out.
The Kia Rio, also dubbed as the People’s Car, is a top-of-the-segment sub-compact car featuring the engineering prowess, future-proofed safety technologies and classic design elements that ensure that they will remain remarkable for years to come.
The Rio is a solid pick for a small sedan or hatchback. It’s not quite as refined as some class-leading rivals, but it might still win you over with its inviting cabin, strong engine performance and excellent value.
It is stylish inside and out; ample standard and optional features; high-quality interior materials on EX and SX; long warranty; strong acceleration; feels bigger than it is.
“Grown-up” really would be the optimum expression to describe the Rio. Its exterior is notably European in appearance, with the sedan in particular, avoiding the awkward proportions of its competitors. And although the base LX trim is rather bare-bones, the EX and SX step things up considerably with higher-quality interior materials and near-luxury levels of equipment that are sure to make one forget that he’s in such a small car.
It comes with standard four-wheel antilock disc brakes, stability control, hill start assist, front side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags.
Overall, the Rio stays very composed when driven either gently or at whatever the engine can deliver. It handles remarkably well for a small, inexpensive hatchback with a basic strut and torsion-beam suspension and a short wheelbase, although one would appreciate some more feedback from the steering.
The interior is a little tighter on space than other subcompacts, but pleasing trims and materials and reasonably good cabin refinement keep it more cheerful than the other choices.
