Amuneke not particular about Coach of The Year nomination

Lagos - Golden Eaglets coach Emmanuel Amuneke says he isn't particularly concerned whether he wins the African coach of the year award or not.
The former African player of the year has been nominated for the coach of the year in the 2015 CAF player of the year awards, after winning Nigeria's fifth FIFA Under-17 World Cup title in Chile.
Speaking on his nomination, the former Nigeria striker says he has won the important prize, which is the Under-17 World Cup trophy.
"It is good that I have been recognized because we did well," he said modestly.
"I'm not really particular about winning it because I am not that kind of a person. It is a welcome development if I win it, same if I don't.
"I believe I have already won what matters most, which is the Under-17 World Cup and I am happy for that," he stated.
His team were also nominated as team of the year, along with the Nigerian U23, who just won the Under-23 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Glo CAF Award ceremony will hold in Abuja in January 2016.
